HAVE YOU EVER SEEN or know anything about a Manatee? Florida Manatees are large, fully aquatic marine mammals, sometimes known as 'sea cows'. The largest individual on record weighed 1,655 kg (3,649 lb) and measured 4.6 m (15 ft) long. They are are mostly herbivores and researchers have identified more than 60 different types of plants that they consume.
