A 2009 view of RMS QUEEN MARY 2, moored at the Crown Bay Port, in Charlotte Amalie, a city and cruise ship port on the Caribbean island of Saint Thomas (St' Thomas). All around the harbour can often be seen, many Green Iguana's (Iguana iguana), hanging on the rocks and soaking in the sun. Charlotte Amalie is the capital and the largest city of the United States Virgin Islands. Charlotte Amalie is built on three low volcanic spurs called Frenchman Hill (Foretop Hill), Berg Hill (Maintop) and Government Hill (Mizzentop).
Saint Thomas is a relatively small island in the Caribbean Sea, which together with Saint John, Saint Croix and other minor islands form the United States Virgin Islands (USVI), an unincorporated territory of the United States of America. The island is located about 40 miles (60 km) east of Puerto Rico and just a few miles west of the British Virgin Islands. Outdoor adventure includes kayaking, snorkeling, biking and beach pursuits.
